May, Heart Month: Know Your Health Better

The Nursing School (Lisbon) of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa is marking the ‘month of May, the month of the heart’ with screenings and other health promotion activities at the University, with students from the Nursing Degree and the Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine.

Between 10am and 1pm and in the various campus buildings, the adoption of healthy lifestyle behaviours will be promoted, namely with regard to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure and body mass index assessment.
