On 16 October another session of the Lunch Seminar series will take place, dedicated to the topic "The Position of Shareholders in Restructuring Plans in Italy Post Restructuring Directive's Implementation".

The seminar will feature a presentation by Giulia Ballerini (Universidade de Pádua), with commentary by Diogo Pessoa Cardoso (Faculty of Law - Lisbon School).
