Legacy Russell: Arte + Tecnologia x Cosmos =

On March 19, 2026, School of Arts welcomes artist Legacy Russell for a talk that, through images, memory, and technology, presents BLACK MEME and shows us how images of Blackness have always been fundamental to our understanding of the modern world.

This talk is part of Art + Tech x Cosmos =, a program that brings together artists, creative technologists, curators, writers, and thinkers whose contributions span several thematic constellations: from the spiritual and the mythical to sociotechnological infrastructures and (de)colonial logics, as well as speculative futures. The program is curated by Joasia Krysa, Nuno Crespo, Daniel Ribas, and José Alberto Gomes.
