Why do some leaders impress during the selection process but fail when it comes to leading?

Join this open training session, part of the course "Leader Selection: Guidelines for Greater Effectiveness". It offers an opportunity to learn how to identify warning signs and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection processes.

The session will be led by Arménio Rego, Full Professor at Católica Porto Business School and an expert in leadership and people management.

Participation is free of charge, subject to prior registration, and limited to 40 participants. Those who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of participation.

During this session, participants will explore some of the key challenges involved in leader selection, including identifying warning signs, assessing candidates, and adopting practices that contribute to more effective recruitment and selection processes.

Full Professor and Researcher at Católica Porto Business School

Author or co-author of more than 50 books on leadership and people management. An executive educator, coach and consultant, he has collaborated with higher education institutions in Portugal and abroad and regularly publishes in leading international academic journals in the field of management.
