Lançamento do livro: "Não temos medo: encontro e diálogo em caminho sinodal"

World Youth Day Lisbon 2023 was attended by a crowd of people holding hands, unconcerned with hierarchies and places, celebrating peace and fraternity. A real image of a Synod lived in plurality and diversity.

"Don't be afraid," Pope Francis repeated to young people several times. "We are not afraid. Reflections on World Youth Day and the synodal journey" is the book that reveals the opinions of Portuguese personalities who, in this way, participate with the Church in dialogue with the world.

Sílvia Monteiro and Bento Amaral are two of the authors of this book. They will be at the Carvalho Guerra Auditorium at the Universidade Católica in Porto on 29 November at 6.30pm for a moment of encounter and dialogue inspired by the synodal journey. It will be co-ordinated by Rui Saraiva.

The book, published by Paulinas Editora, is signed by seventeen authors, with a special Foreword by Paulo Portas and an Afterword by Paulo Terroso.
