The International Seminar "Human Rights, Diversity and Social Justice: the challenges of Social Work for the future" will take place on 9 and 10 July at 10h00.

This event is promoted by the Inter-University Doctoral Programme in Social Work (PIUDSS), a partnership between the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and  Universidade de Coimbra.

The aim of this seminar is to create a space for debate around the emerging challenges facing the field of Social Work in the future, such as demographic changes, technological advances and humanitarian and environmental crises.

This event aims to involve academics and social intervention specialists, Social Work students (UCP and UC), as well as teachers, educators and education agents, managers and entrepreneurs, leaders and directors of public organisations and social and solidarity economy organisations, artistic and cultural animation professionals and other people interested in the subject.

Registration for this seminar is free but mandatory.
