The Institute for Political Studies of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa is organising an International Seminar on "Interpersonal Tools to Combat Polarisation", on 2 and 3 May.
The seminar will feature Elton Skendaj, Director of the Democracy and Governance Programme and Professor at Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
