International Microorganism Day is back at ESB!

On 15 September, microorganisms are on the loose at the Faculty of Biotechnology, in the second edition of this event dedicated to "microbes" and their importance in our lives.

In a day full of scientific experiments, researchers will demonstrate and explain the role of various microorganisms in the environment (water, soil), food (food production and food safety) and health (intestinal and skin microbiome), among others.
