International Conference Series “Mythical Cities: From Past to Present”

The Center for Research in Theology and Religious Studies (CITER) presents the first session of the International Conference Series “Mythical Cities: From Past to Present”. This series seeks to investigate the multiple dimensions - historical, literary, artistic, anthropological, urbanistic and digital - that render mythical cities a fruitful object of study for illuminating both the symbolic origins of human communities and the contemporary dynamics of urban and identitary construction.
“Mythical Cities: From Past to Present” is divided into two sessions, the first of which will take place on March 10 from 9:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. at the Department of Languages and Cultures of the University of Aveiro and online.
Participation in this session is free, subject to prior registration.
