High Performance in Local Administration: the starting point with CAF

On April 28, at 3 p.m., the Municipal Observatory CESOP-Local, of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, organises the Seminar Innovation and Local Development with the Directorate General of Administration and Public Employment (DGAEP), dedicated to "High Performance in Local Administration: the starting point with CAF".

The CAF Best Practice, highlighted in this session, is an Excellence Model that contributes to High Organizational Performance, promoted by DGAEP in Portugal.

The representatives of DGAEP and the Coordinator of the Municipal Performance Index of CESOP-Local will point a path to achieve high performance in local administration and the Municipality of Águeda and Águas de Coimbra, EM, will also share their experience in implementing the CAF Best Practice within their organisations.
