Happiness Talks @ Católica-Lisbon

The Happiness Talks conferences are an institutional initiative designed for the Católica-Lisbon School of Business & Economics internal community, which wishes to promote a sharing environment by encouraging the development of Work Life Balance techniques.

The first edition, counted on the experience of Bárbara Santos, HeartMath Trainer, who brought the theme "Intelligence of the heart: How gratitude can create happiness". Those who were present could witness how a positive attitude towards life can influence our health.

The second edition will take place on January 10th and will be presented by Paulo Simões, partner of Egon Zehnder who, in an informal conversation, will bring the theme "Life is too short to be unhappy @ work".
