GRADUATE FORUM | Principle of device in civil proceedings

Presented by Isabel Hulilapi, ‘The dispositive principle in civil procedure’ is the theme of the next GRADUATE FORUM. A space for debate, where doctoral students from the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law present, test and discuss the ideas that emerge from their research.
