Full Body Cardio | Pink October

As part of the Pink October campaign, Voluntaria*te is organising an online "Full Body Cardio" class, open to the entire UCP academic community.

This free class will take place on October 30, National Breast Cancer Prevention Day, between 7.30pm and 8pm and will be run by the company Active.

Each participant should wear a pink outfit, the colour of breast cancer awareness, and access the class from their home, the facilities of each campus or any other convenient location. The images of this pink wave will then be shared on social media to raise awareness among the academic community about breast cancer prevention and early diagnosis.
