Exhibition "Mundos de dentro, mundos de fora" | Patrícia Matos

From 21 October to 30 November, the exhibition "Mundos de dentro, mundos de fora", by Patrícia Matos, is on display at the D. José Pedro da Silva Library of the Viseu Regional Centre of the UCP.

The exhibition, which includes artworks of landscapes and portraits, in graphite, oil on canvas, as well as drawings made with charcoal recovered from the trees consumed by the fires of October 2017, presents itself as a memorial to the tragic event.

The author, Patrícia Matos - or simply Patos - explores, in her works, the figurative through synergies between sensory stimuli and states of mind: in painting, drawing and video art.

Born in Tondela, she has exhibited drawing and painting since 2015 and video art since 2017, counting several solo and group exhibitions, as well as participations in short film festivals across the country.

Visit the exhibition until 30 November, from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
