Arménio Rego is a Full Professor at Católica Porto Business School, where he leads LEAD.lab, a centre dedicated to the development of human-centred, virtuous and effective leadership. Author of several books and scientific articles in the areas of leadership and people management, his work has been recognised nationally and internationally. His academic activity is guided by a commitment to promoting responsible leadership and more sustainable organisations.
