Code of ethics/conduct: what does it tell us about the organisation's ethical culture?

Católica Porto Business School is organising the open class of the Executive Course on Ethics, Compliance and Whistleblowing in Organisations on 22 February at 2.30pm, online.

This session will feature a conversation between Helena Gonçalves, the course coordinator, and EDP's Ethics Ombudsman and head of the corporate Ethics Office, Manuela Silva, who will talk about Codes of Ethics and present the Code of Ethics/Conduct Index [PSI] Portugal.

EDP's Code of Ethics was considered one of the best of the PSI companies, according to the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) methodology for assessing the quality of codes.
