With a remarkable career, Michael was CEO of T-Mobile in countries such as China, France and North Macedonia, as well as holding the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in Poland. Having been based in Porto for the past 10 years, Michael will share his vision of leadership and business transformation in highly competitive markets, offering unique insights into the decision-making process at the highest level.

Michael Lawrence
German-American leader with a solid background in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD from the prestigious RWTH Aachen in Germany. He began his career as an M&A consultant at Deutsche Bank, before joining T-Mobile, where he played a crucial role in the company's global expansion. He was the first CEO of operations in China, CEO in France, CMO in Poland and, for seven years, led the company as CEO in North Macedonia. After leaving T-Mobile, he continued to apply his vast experience as interim CEO in various companies in Europe. Living in Porto for more than 10 years, Michael brings a unique vision of leadership and business transformation, moulded by a career marked by strategic decisions in highly competitive markets.
