Check-Up Day at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa

On April 30th, from 10:30 to 15:30, Católica Medical School will be promoting a Check-Up Day at Universidade Católica Portuguesa's campus in Lisbon, on the ground floor of CATÓLICA-LISBON, near the garden.

This initiative will be led by Universidade Católica medical students, who will measure key health indicators of the academic community. Its main purpose is to encourage well-being and highlight the importance of preventive healthcare. During the Check-Up, participants will be able to measure their blood pressure and BMI, two essential indicators of a healthy lifestyle.

Admission is free.
