On April 10th, from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Católica Medical School will promote a Check Up Day at Universidade Católica Portuguesa’s campus in Lisbon.

This initiative will be conducted by students from the Medical School of UCP, who will check the basic health indicators of the academic community. The main purpose of this initiative is to promote the school community's health and raise awareness of the importance of vigilance in the form of prevention. In this Check-up, it will be possible to measure blood pressure and BMI, both essential indicators to ensure a well-balanced health that depends on several factors such as height, weight, age or general health condition.

We also honour World Health Day and its theme of building a fairer, healthier world for everyone. 

To contribute to a healthier school community, the students of Católica Medical School are committed to this Check Up Day, a necessary public health initiative that can make a real difference.
