Centre for European Studies promotes Open Lecture with José Manuel Durão Barroso

On 4 March, between 6.30 p.m. and 8 p.m., Culturgest in Lisbon will host an Open Lecture with José Manuel Durão Barroso, Director of the Centre for European Studies at the Institute of Political Studies of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and former President of the European Commission (2004–2014).

Under the theme ‘The European External Action Service and the Development of a European Foreign Policy’ this session—conducted entirely in English—is a unique opportunity to reflect on the challenges, evolution, and future of European foreign policy.
