Aleksandra Szpulak is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Finance at Wrocław University of Economics and Business. She holds a PhD in Economics, specialising in Business Forecasting. Her early research focused on modelling and forecasting operating cash flows to support working capital management from a value-maximisation perspective. More recently, her research has shifted towards management and organisational studies, conducted within interdisciplinary research teams, where she has specialised in quantitative data analysis, particularly survey-based research.

Her methodological expertise includes the development and validation of measurement scales, structural equation modelling (SEM), and experimental research design. She is the author and co-author of more than 30 scientific publications in the fields of management, economics, and research methodology. Her publications are available in the Wrocław University of Economics and Business repository and are indexed in Google Scholar.
