Católica Talks - Porto "Vulnerability: legal challenges"

The Faculty of Law - Porto School, is organising the Católica Talks on the theme ‘Vulnerability: Legal Challenges’, on 13 February at 13h00. 

It is assumed that any form of vulnerability is linked to difficulties in accessing goods.

In the context of the matrimonial property regime, who can be considered vulnerable individuals, and what are their personal vulnerabilities? It will become evident that the initial patrimonial balance established by spouses—made possible by the wide range of planning opportunities available, particularly through the execution of a prenuptial agreement—may be destabilized by the natural course of life. This includes factors such as changes of residence in the context of cross-border relationships.
