Online | UCP | Centro Regional do Porto
The Nursing School (Porto) of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa has been organising a series of seminars throughout the academic year as part of ‘Católica Nursing Talk’, with the aim of promoting the discussion of relevant issues in the field of health.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is gaining ground in various sectors. But what will the real impact of this technology be on health education? Will virtual assistants teach students? Will those without access to this technology be disadvantaged? How can AI be integrated into healthcare teaching?
It will be moderated by Prof Rúben Encarnação and attended by two specialists, Ricardo Correia from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP) and Hélder Palheira (Nurse), who is studying for a master's degree in Medical Informatics at FMUP and the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP).
It takes place on 31 May, from 5pm to 6pm, online via Zoom.
Participation is free, subject to registration.
