The Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro in collaboration with the Movimento Vencer e Viver is organising the first biannual ‘Juntas à Mesa’ brunch event on 28 June at 10 a.m.
Paula Ravasco, nutritionist and researcher at the Católica Medical School, is one of the guest speakers.
The event, designed to bring together breast cancer survivors for a meeting of sharing, socialising and literacy, also features Joana Cruz, communicator and breast cancer survivor, as moderator, and Sofia Ribeiro, actress and breast cancer survivor, as special guest.
The topic on the table will be nutrition, well-being and the impact of food during and after treatment.
