4th National Congress on Mental Health in the Workplace

ASM – Aliança Portuguesa para Promoção da Saúde Mental no Local de Trabalho is holding the fourth National Congress on Mental Health in the Workplace on 12 November 2026, at the Carvalho Guerra Auditorium, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Porto.

Católica Porto School of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Education and Psychology of Universidade Católica Portuguesa are supporting this initiative as institutional partners, reinforcing their commitment to promoting psychological health and wellbeing in educational and professional settings.

Under the theme “Burnout, Engagement and Leadership: From Theory to Action”, the congress will bring together experts, organisational leaders and professionals from a range of sectors to reflect on current mental health challenges within organisations and present practical strategies for fostering healthier, more inclusive and sustainable workplaces.

The programme features keynote presentations, panel discussions and workshops focusing on topics such as burnout prevention, employee engagement, the impact of leadership on mental health, and the implementation of organisational best practices.
