2nd Cycle of Seminars on Integration into Professional Life

The School of Nursing in Porto at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) organises a series of themed seminars every year on professional experiences in areas where nurses work, in order to enable its final-year students to make their future choices on the basis of reliable information about professional practice.

In these seminars, as well as learning from the various lecturers, the students are also organisers, thus preparing themselves for an active and intervening future professional life in the context of sharing disciplinary knowledge.

7th Seminar - "Sports Nursing"

In Portugal there are many nurses who develop their skills in the field of sport, working in the prevention and treatment of injuries, as well as in the rehabilitation of athletes in a wide variety of sports.

It is with this in mind that the seventh Integration into Professional Life seminar of the year 2024, organised by the final year students of the Nursing Degree course at the School of Nursing (Porto), has the theme of "Sports Nursing" and will feature the participation of:
