In the week that marks International Women's Day, UCP's HeForShe - Lisbon student group is organising the 1st Feminist Summit to discuss the challenges faced by women today and strategies to boost gender equality.
From 6 to 8 March, the event brings together professors, psychologists, media and financial professionals committed to promoting gender equality and fighting for women's rights.
Starting in the A1 auditorium of the headquarters of the Universidade Católica, the event will feature panel discussions, lectures and masterclasses on topics ranging from the impact of the migration crisis on women to the difficulty of reconciling work and motherhood.
