The 4th UCP4SUCESS initiative aims to improve and institutionalise Peer Mentoring programmes at the Universidade Católica, facilitating the academic and personal integration of new students. In addition, the aim is to train current and new Mentors and to boost the collaborative and networking work of different educational and academic agents.
