A Escola de Enfermagem (Porto) da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, tem vindo a dinamizar ao longo do ano letivo um conjunto de seminários no âmbito da “Católica Nursing Talk”, visando promover a discussão de assuntos relevantes na área da saúde.

A Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde e Enfermagem da Universidade Católica Portuguesa está a promover uma sessão de esclarecimento sobre a Pós-Graduação em Cuidados Avançados em Feriadas, Ostomias e Incontinência.

Católica Talks, a space for open and informal debate, organized by the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law, where Rui Medeiros (FD-UCP) presents the theme "About the civil responsibility of the State in lean cow time", followed by a comment by Vasco Pereira da Silva (FD-UL / FD-UCP). The event has free entrance and is aimed at PhD students and guests.  

The Institute for Political Studies (IEP) organises the CIEP Seminar "Autocratic Legacies and Immunisation Against Extremism: A Rational Choice Approach" on 14 March at 5 p.m. This seminar will be attended by João Carlos Espada, Director of the IEP, as well as by Catarina Leão and Orlando Samões.

Next Tuesday, May 19 at 9:30 p.m., Teresa Bartolomei, researcher at the Centro de Investigação em Teologia e Estudos de Religião (CITER), will participate in an online discussion, together with two other speakers, in an initiative of the movement "Cuidar da Casa Comum", which aims to celebrate the Laudato Si week. Teresa Bartolomei will speak about "Da teologia da maldição a uma teologia do ecocídio".

The workshop "De-juridifying language when dealing with victims of domestic violence", led by Marisa Monteiro Borsboom, a renowned expert in her field, will be held online on 16 January at 18h00. It is aimed at all legal professionals who, because of their job, come into contact with victims of domestic violence on a daily basis: lawyers, prosecutors, judges, members of the police force, among others.
