Welcome Week for International Students

From 3 to 5 September, the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Porto Campus, is hosting the Welcome Week for International Students, an initiative organised by the International Office that marks the beginning of the integration of new students into our academic community.

Over the course of three days, international students who have chosen Católica in Porto—whether for a period of international mobility or to complete their degree here—will have the opportunity to get to know the campus, the city, and their new colleagues. In addition to receiving practical information about academic life and daily living in Porto, this week is also an occasion to build friendships and enjoy enriching experiences before classes begin.

The activities are made possible thanks to the invaluable support of our Buddy students and the Il@C student association (International Life at Católica), who, with enthusiasm and dedication, help make this welcome an unforgettable experience and the first step towards the full inclusion of international students on campus and in the city.
