On 23 September, we invite you to join a conversation exploring the different approaches available for the prevention and resolution of disputes, as well as the role of negotiation and mediation in contemporary legal practice.

The session will be led by Bárbara de Sousa Basto, Lawyer and President of ICFML Portugal.

The webinar will also provide an opportunity to learn more about the Postgraduate Programme in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution, developed as part of the partnership between the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and ICFML.
