Seminário “How to build a functional network of blood vessels”

Católica Medical School  is organising a seminar on "How to build a functional network of blood vessels" on 14 December at 12.30pm.

The seminar will feature a presentation by Salomé de Almeida and the participation of Cláudio Franco (PHD).

Cláudio Franco graduated in Biochemistry in 2004 at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto, completed a PhD degree at the University Paris VI in 2008, followed by a postdoctoral position in Holger Gerhardt laboratory, at the London Research Institute, between 2009 and 2014. Cláudio Franco started his independent research group in 2014 at the Instituto de Medicina Molecular until 2022, when he moved his group to the Católica Biomedical Research Centre (CBR). Currently, Claudio Franco is also an Associate Professor at the Católica Medical School and Secretary of the European Vascular Biology Organization.
