As part of the seminar ‘Citizenship, democracy and reformism’, the Centre for Studies in Religious History is organising the session ‘I have already reached Jerusalem’: the liturgy as a space for praise and protest, with the participation of Francisco Fanhais, on 19 September at 5pm, in a hybrid format.

The Citizenship, Democracy and Reform Seminar has been taking place since 2022 as part of the research project ‘25 April: permanences, ruptures and recompositions’ and will be active until 2026. Its aims are: to study the problem of ‘25 April, permanences, ruptures and recompositions’, seeking to take stock of the history 50 years on: what is known and what is not known; to promote meetings and encourage common reflection between researchers in the field of Contemporary Religious History; to allow new research to be presented.
