"Our Food-Webbed World: Interdisciplinary Culinary Landscapes" will be an international forum where students, scholars and all those interested in the topic will address food as a vehicle of cultures, with a crucial role in the communication and transmission of traditions, the (re)establishment of peoples and communities throughout time, and processes of cultural transformation and change.
The event will have a markedly interdisciplinary nature and will take place from 6-8 March 2025, at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Lisbon.
