The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne and the Court of Justice of the European Union: what is the relationship between them?

On January 29th, at 6.30 p.m., an online conference entitled "The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS) and the Court of Justice of the European Union: what is the relationship between them?" will be held, organised by the Postgraduate Course in Sports Law.

The speakers at the event will be Alberto Palomar Olmeda, Professor of Administrative Law at Carlos III University (Madrid), and Juan de Dios Crespo Pérez, a lawyer specialising in Sports Law at Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo.

The conference will be moderated by José Manuel Meirim, lecturer at the Lisbon School of the Faculty of Law.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
