Voting phase opens for the "Hope in Action" photography competition
The Universidade Católica invites the entire academic community and friends of the University to participate in the voting phase of the "Hope in Action" photography competition, organised by CASUS – Católica for Sustainability), as part of the 2025 Jubilee Year Pilgrims of Hope.
This competition aims to capture the community's view on the theme of Hope, reflected in images that reveal acts of kindness, community involvement and symbols of inspiring leadership.
Voting will take place until 19 December, using the form available via this link.
We are counting on you to select the entries that best represent the living hope in the heart of our community.

President of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa participates in the FUCE General Assembly in Zagreb
Isabel Capeloa Gil participated in the General Assembly of the Federation of Catholic Universities of Europe (FUCE), which took place in Zagreb between 20 and 22 May. The meeting was also attended by the Cardinal Prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education and the Ambassador of Portugal to Croatia.

Pupils from a school in Macau visit the Universidade Católica in Lisbon
Ten students from Years 11 and 12, who are fluent in Portuguese and Mandarin, were given a tour of the campus and learned about the university’s courses, and heard about the international experiences of two students on the Law degree programme. Find out more here.
