Universidade Católica offers training for Peer Mentoring

Peer Mentoring values the active role of students who have been attending the University for longer - the mentors - in the integration and academic success of their colleagues who are just beginning their journey - the mentees. Mentors support and guide new students, sharing experiences, learning and strategies, in a close, informal and focused manner based on the real needs of each student.

To better guide this essential role, UCP4SUCCESS offers UCP4MENTOR training, available free of charge to all students at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. This is an opportunity to strengthen skills, share experiences and grow alongside students, contributing both to academic life and to the personal development of each mentor.

The first session is in person and the following sessions are online, from 6pm to 8pm, on 21 and 28 October and 4 and 11 November. Over the course of nine hours, this training programme will bring together mentors from all Católica campi in a space for meeting and joint learning.

Registration is open until 17 October.
