UCP associates with the "Caritas helps Ukraine" campaign

The Universidade Católica Portuguesa is following with concern the difficulties that the Ukrainian people have been experiencing during this time of war. Our academic community wants to show solidarity and do everything in its power to support the Ukrainian people.

In this sense, the University joins Cáritas Portuguesa, which launched the campaign "Cáritas Help Ukraine". The amount raised will allow "to reinforce Cáritas' response capacity in Ukraine, in the border countries and the eventual reception of displaced families in Portugal", as it can be read in the press release. Learn here how to support.

Responding to Pope Francis' call, and following on from the moment of prayer shared last wednesday, March 2, the University is calling on the community to stand together in prayer for peace.
