Professors integrate the new Board of Directors of the AEP Foundation

Sofia Salgado Pinto, a professor at Católica Porto Business School, is one of the members of the new Board of Directors of the AEP Foundation. The new team is led by Luis Miguel Ribeiro and also includes Fernando Paiva de Castro, Henrique Veiga de Macedo and Miguel Pinto.

Besides the Board of Directors, the remaining corporate boards will be presided over by José António Barros (Board of Trustees) and by Alberto Castro, also a professor at Católica Porto Business School (Supervisory Board), both reappointed to their positions. The Supervisory Board is also composed by the members Henrique Cruz and the auditors Santos Carvalho & Associados SROC S.A.

The new  Board of Directors of the AEP Foundation were elected for a term of office lasting until December 31, 2025.
