Master's programmes at Católica Porto Business School are among the best in the world according to the QS Business Master's Ranking

Management, Finance and Marketing are the three master's programmes at Católica Porto Business School (CPBS), ranked among the best in the world according to QS Business Master's Rankings. The school stands out in indicators such as the diversity of students and teaching staff, the impact of the research, and the salary level graduates achieve at the start of their careers.

The QS Business Master's Rankings are among the most influential global rankings to distinguish the best master's programmes globally. The director of CPBS, Rui Soucasaux Sousa, explains the importance of this distinction: "We are talking about rankings in which, among various factors considered in the evaluation, only schools that have EQUIS (EFMD Quality Improvement System, of the European Foundation for Management Development), AMBA (Association of MBAs) or AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation can be evaluated." Thus," he continues, "we are very proud of this recognition since only a limited number of business schools around the world can place their master's degrees in these rankings."

"Being part of the QS rankings is a validation of the investment we have made in strengthening the School's teaching staff and also demonstrates the quality of the students who complete their master's degrees here," emphasises the Deputy Director for Master's Degrees, Executive Training and Engagement at CPBS, Gonçalo Faria. And, he adds, "it will make our programmes even more attractive to our future students".

It's the first time that these CPBS masters´ programmes are in the QS Business Master's Rankings, and Rui Soucasaux Sousa believes that the school's ambition is to continue consolidating the international reputation of its programmes
