CATÓLICA-LISBON and SONAE develop online training in the area of Leadership

The first part of the 12th edition of the Leading Others Program, directed by Professor Luís Caeiro, ended last July 16th. This customized program, in the area of Leadership, was designed by CATÓLICA-LISBON and SONAE, being this first part entirely lectured online. This was the first dedicated, multimodular training with 32 hours duration, entirely conducted at distance.

The feedback from participants was very positive, and more editions in the same format are being considered. The second part of this program will begin in September and will last until October, with the expectation that it will be taught in a face-to-face format.

The success of this project was due to the teamwork that involved teachers, technicians, computer support services, and secretariat of CATÓLICA-LISBON, who with competence and availability made this challenge possible, and to the collaboration of SONAE Academy.
