CATÓLICA-LISBON is the 22nd best European Business School, according to the Financial Times Ranking

Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics has once again risen in the Financial Times Rankings, standing out as the 22nd best European Business School. With a rise of 5 places, this is the best position ever in this group of Leading Schools. CATÓLICA-LISBON was the first Portuguese Business School to be included in this ranking and has been consistently in the top positions since 2012.

This ranking is particularly important because it is aggregated and recognises the prestige and quality of each Business School's programmes. CATÓLICA-LISBON has risen to this leading position by virtue of having one of the best Masters in Management in the world, by being in the TOP 15 for executive training for companies and by having, with The LISBON MBA, one of the best MBAs in Europe.

For Filipe Santos, Director of the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, "we are proud to have risen remarkably since 2019 in the ranking of the best European Business Schools and to honour Portugal with one of the highest quality and most internationalised schools in the world."

According to the Dean, "CATÓLICA-LISBON is today a hub for attracting world-class faculty and student talent, a generator of cutting-edge knowledge in economics and management, and a launch pad for successful careers with a real impact on society. Portugal is also to be congratulated in this ranking, as having five recognised business schools should be a source of satisfaction for all Portuguese and a sign of the quality of management training in Portugal. CATÓLICA-LISBON is proud to have been a pioneer and leader in this process of internationalising business schools."

The Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking evaluates the 90 best European Business Schools every year, focusing on the excellence of their Master's, Executive Training and MBA programmes.
