Workshop | Psychological flexibility and well-being in higher education

The new PROTEUS student support office is organising the workshop "Psychological flexibility and well-being in higher education", with the participation of Sandra Oliveira, psychologist and professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences, on April 11 at 3.30 pm.

The PROTEUS Office - Promoting Success in University aims to support the academic career of UCP students by developing a set of mechanisms to promote their success, favouring the transition, integration and adaptation of students to this level of education.
