Knowledge | Women Returnship Programs: What’s next?

On June 23rd, at 5 p.m., CATÓLICA-LISBON, UCP, organizes another Knowledge Conference, under the theme "Women Returnship Programs: What's next?", discussing how different companies can benefit from the return of professionals and how people who take a career break can return to their professional lives.

Returnship Programs, which allow qualified professionals to return to the labour market, have been practiced by companies such as J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Amazon for almost 15 years. In Portugal, CATÓLICA-LISBON launched in 2020 a women's career development programme (Back-to-Market) and Mercedes-Benz.io recently developed the first Portuguese Returnship Program.
