For clarification of any questions or for assistance within UCP, you should contact the line on (+351) 214 26 98 52.
For information related to the quarantine advised by the University, you should contact the number (+351) 217 21 41 66.
UCP Porto:
If you are outside the UCP, you should contact the SNS 24 - 808 24 24 24 support line. In case of quarantine or confirmed infection you should subsequently inform the Universidade Católica Portuguesa through the e-mail: covid19@porto.ucp.pt.
If you are at the campus and positive diagnosis is confirmed, and you are at the university, you should immediately inform the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, by contacting the number (+351) (+351) 932 26 56 70.
UCP Braga:
If you are outside the UCP, you should contact the SNS 24 - 808 24 24 24 support line. In case of quarantine or confirmed infection you should subsequently inform the Universidade Católica Portuguesa by telephone (+351) 253 20 61 03 and/or by e-mail covid19.braga@ucp.pt.
If you are at the campus and positive diagnosis is confirmed, and you are at the university, you should immediately inform the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, by contacting the number (+351) 253 20 61 03.
UCP Viseu:
If you are outside the UCP, you should contact the SNS 24 - 808 24 24 24 support line. In case of quarantine or confirmed infection you should subsequently inform the Universidade Católica Portuguesa by telephone (+351) 232 41 95 00 and/or by e-mail acchaves@ucp.pt.
If you are at the campus and positive diagnosis is confirmed, and you are at the university, you should immediately inform the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, by contacting the number (+351) 232 41 95 00.
