Luísa Santos na comissão consultiva da 60.ª Bienal de Veneza

O ministro da Cultura, Pedro Adão e Silva, deu a conhecer a comissão consultiva do concurso para escolha da próxima delegação a representar oficialmente o país na 60.ª Bienal de Veneza, em 2024, dela fazendo parte a investigadora do CECC Luísa Santos, na qualidade de crítica.

Em conjunto com o diretor do Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Serralves, Philippe Vergne; o diretor do MAAT, João Pinharanda; e os curadores Bruno Marchand e Margarida Mendes, a sua principal missão será propor um conjunto de curadores ou artistas portugueses para o concurso.Este irá ser lançado pela DGArtes até agosto do corrente ano, esperando aquela entidade que o trabalho dos consultores recém-eleitos resulte num processo de seleção mais abrangente e representativo do que tem sido produzido em Portugal no domínio das Artes.

Culture, War, and Peace debated at the XIV Lisbon Summer School for the Study of Culture
The relationship between Culture and War was under debate from June 24 to 29 at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the UCP in Lisbon. Organised by the Lisbon Consortium of the Faculty of Human Sciences, it is also the first Summer School of the Transform4Europe university alliance. Read more here.
