Universidade Católica celebrates National Day with Thanksgiving Mass

This year, the National Day of Universidade Católica Portuguesa is celebrated under the motto “Por uma Diaconia da Cultura”. To celebrate this date, the academic community is invited to participate in a Mass of Thanksgiving.

The ceremony will be presided over by D. Rui Valério, Patriarch of Lisbon and Grand Chancellor of the University, and will take place on February 1, at 11:00 a.m., at the Church of Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes, in Lisbon. The Mass will be broadcast live on Rádio Renascença.

Católica day is celebrated on the first Sunday of February each year. It is a day when thinking about the Universidade Católica brings it closer to everyone and shows it as an instrument of the Church's mission.
