Take part in the Social Study on the Impact of the Pandemic

At Universidade Católica Portuguesa, with the contribution of researchers from Centro de Estudos filosóficos e Humanísticos of Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais in Braga, in collaboration with researchers from the University of Minho and the Coimbra Hospital and University Centre, the aim is to collect information that will enable us to understand the phenomenon of the new Coronavirus and to design specific strategies for the post-COVID moment. The research is aimed at those over 18 years of age, with or without symptoms or diagnosis COVID-19.

For the success of the research and greater knowledge for preventive measures and future intervention, the CPU requests your collaboration by answering the questionnaire below. The approximate time for completion can vary from 10 to 15 minutes.

It is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers, you are simply asked to indicate what you think or feel about a series of questions. Sociodemographic data will also be collected for a generic characterization of the sample. At no time will data be collected that allow the identification of the participant, this being an anonymous survey and the data will be kept confidential.
For greater accuracy of information, participants who agree may be contacted within 15 days or one month for further data collection.

We thank you in advance for your collaboration and for your contact information.
