Rector of UCP receives the Pectoral Cross with the symbol of World Youth Day 2023
Isabel Capeloa Gil, Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, was presented by Bishop Américo Aguiar, President of the WYD Lisbon 2023 Foundation and Auxiliary Bishop of Lisbon, with the Pectoral Cross with the symbol of World Youth Day (WYD) 2023. This act occurred on the day of the celebration of the Holy Ghost Mass, in the Cardeal Medeiros Auditorium, at the headquarters.
The XXVIII World Youth Day will take place from August 1 to 6, 2023, in Lisbon, under the theme «Mary arose and went with haste» (Lk 1:39), chosen by Pope Francis.
