Rector of the UCP participates at Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils
The Rector of the UCP, Professor Isabel Capeloa Gil, participated in the annual meeting of the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils (GFCC), held from September 17 to 20 in Buenos Aires. GFCC is a global network of leading competitiveness councils around the world.
She also participated at the Global Innovation Summit, the GFCC’s flagship event. The Global Innovation Summit convenes high-level leaders from business, government, academia and civil society for vibrant discussions on the state of global competitiveness and ways to enhance innovation capacity worldwide. Professor Isabel Capeloa Gil coordinated the Research and Leadership Forum, which integrates a selected group of universities, including Católica.

Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, took part on 10 June in a meeting organised by the European Commission, which brought together Rectors and Presidents of European University Alliances and of alliances awarded the Seal of Excellence.
